Delivery, returns & refunds

Pre-launch notice: sales are not open. Verified delivery services, prices, dispatch days and cut-off times will be added before checkout opens.

Delivery area

The first online release will deliver to UK addresses only. Final services, costs and delivery estimates will be shown before payment.

Changing your mind

For standard products bought online, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return them. You do not need to give a reason. The final checkout policy will state who pays return postage before you order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are not affected. Contact us promptly with the order number and a photograph where useful. We will provide the remedy required by UK consumer law.
